Black Valentine

Hey Nerdlings,

Happy Valentines Day. 

We hope you are spending today with your loved ones. :) 

So usually, its a norm to wear red or bright colours on valentines as an expression of love; but who said dull colours cant pass on valentines day?. At the end of the day, its not what you wear necessarily, but how you feel and what feelings you pass on to others. 

The touch of Bee's red flower crown turned her look from edgy to abit more girly; a method that can be used to still give your look that 'red' touch; thats for those who still want to incoperate the 'love' colours into their look this valentine. 

Anyway this is our version of a 'black' valentines; the Stylenerds way, still filled with love. 

P.S This isnt a valentine special post, so no, we didnt plan to wear these on valentines. The post just happened to fall on valentines day. 

Meet Serena & Blair...

Hey Nerdlings,

So this comes late, but this was actually our Halloween look this year. Which we totally improvised at the last minute. We had so many choices and ideas that we brainstormed but we settled for the Naughty School Girl look. Our alter egos, Serena (Dee) and Blaire (Bee). Especially since we had the oufits and accessories for the look. 

We dressed up to attend the Halloween Party at The Vineyard hosted by Tusker Lite, where we even met Kagwe Mungai who impressed us with his Bane costume. 

We love the whole aspect of dressing up and channeling something or someone just for the day. Something we used to do alot of in our university days. Those who were in USIU with us would agree to this. I guess it allows us to tap into that inner actress, which we find rather fun. 

Anyway, happy BELATED halloween guys. Lol.

FlashBack Friday

Hi Nerdlings, 

Damn, its already been FIVE months since we last posted. Time does really fly. Yall better have missed us. Hehe.

Well since its a friday, how about a flashback to a couple of months ago when Dee had her green braids and Bee had her pixie cut hairstyle. Lol. 

For this shoot, we both went for dresses, however with a different touch. While Dee went for the addition of the marvin, Bee opted for a cap.
